This project aims to create a community shared vision for safer streets. Adams County and each partner city will have its own Safety Action Plan with a list of priority projects that reflect local needs. Together, these plans will strengthen transportation safety across the region and help your local government agencies compete for state and federal funding to bring improvements to life.

Explore Priority Safety Locations in Your Community!

Community input, combined with technical analysis has identify priority safety locations throughout the County and in each participating city. Public comments highlighted places where people feel unsafe, and crash data revealed patterns at intersections, road segments, and pedestrian or bicyclist conflict points. The team is making potential safety improvement recommendations at the priority locations on the maps below. They range from intersection and signal changes to walking, biking, and speeding-related fixes. Explore more and give your feedback!
