Safe Streets for All!

Each year, more than 40,000 people die on America’s roads. In 2022, Colorado experienced the most roadway deaths the state has seen in the last 41 years with more than 754 lives lost. These are somber and shocking statistics. The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) created a National Roadway Safety Strategy to reach a goal of zero roadway deaths. The City of Centennial is committed to developing a citywide Safety Action Plan (SAP) as a targeted investment in the health and safety of the community and as continuation of ongoing safety and traffic calming efforts. Centennial has secured federal funding for this study.

Where do you feel safe/unsafe?

This Safety Action Plan should represent what the community (you!) wants and needs. Share your experiences and ideas. Tell us what is working and not working. Your input ensures that we can develop a community-driven vision. We want to know where you have transportation safety concerns.
