Public Meeting

Monday, October 27 at the Greeley Family FunPlex from 5-7 PM (1501 65th Ave.)

Building the Future of City Operations

The proposed public maintenance campus would be located on F Street between 42nd and 47th Avenue. Planning is currently underway to bring together essential departments including Public Works, Water & Sewer, and Culture, Parks & Recreation into one coordinated, purpose-built facility.

This is more than a new building. It’s an opportunity to modernize and improve how the City delivers service to its residents.

Current facilities are stretched thin. Departments are spread across multiple locations, storage is at capacity, and buildings lack space for team meetings, training, or even basic operations. The F Street campus is designed to directly address these challenges—so staff can do their work more efficiently, safely, and with room to grow.
